All this changing of times throws off our body clocks. If I had my druthers, I'd stay up until 2 or 3 writing, then sleep late. But I can't. I have to get up early. Our dog can't tell time, so when we fell back an hour, she kept waking up at her usual time - and waking us up so we'd take her out and feed her. Now that we've sprung forward, we're able to sleep that extra hour. Proves dogs are smarter than humans.

Helen Ginger
http://straightfromhel.blogspot.com
